France’s Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional (HRI) sector had $102.3 billion in sales revenue in 2017, a 1.8 percent increase from the previous year. Hotels and restaurants accounted for the largest share of the sector with $63.2 billion in sales. Within specific niches, such as high-end restaurants and international hotels, U.S. products have opportunities in the sector, which are highlighted in the report.
