  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)

The Bard Valley Medjool Date Growers Association (BVMDGA) has successfully grown their export sales to Canada, particularly in the last five years through an aggressive but strategic program. BVMDGA’s formula to success has been based on their commitment to exporting and support from USDA/FAS’s Market Access Program (MAP). Today, the Natural Delights brand is a household brand name among avid Canadian date consumers. The experience gained in Canada has helped the association launch its export efforts in 15 other foreign countries while helping increase jobs among its members.
