No new veterinary certificates were negotiated in 2016. Ukraine has introduced a single food safety authority in charge of review of all certificates. A broad range of products is covered in the report, including generic certificate requirements for products that have no bilaterally negotiated export protocols. This report contains the Export Certificate Matrix compiled and updated by FAS/Kyiv.
