Mexico: Mexico Initiates an Anti-Dumping Investigation on U.S. Apples

On December 4, 2014 Mexico announced the initiation of an antidumping (AD) duty investigation on imports of apples from the United States. According to the notice of initiation, interested parties have 28 business days from the date of initiation of the investigation to submit responses containing information and arguments for consideration by Economía’s Unidad de Prácticas Comerciales Internacionales (UPCI). Due to Economía’s closure from December 22, 2014-January 6, 2015, the deadline to submit questionnaires is January 16, 2015.
