On December 22, 2015 the Decree releasing the first stage of 2016 Kazakhstani quota was signed by the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On January 6, 2016 it was officially published. The Decree comes into force 10 calendar days after its first official publication, i.e. January 17, 2016.
