China: AD and CVD Measures on US DDGS Extended Another Five Years

China will continue to collect countervailing (CVD) and antidumping (AD) duty duties on imported Distiller’s Dried Grains with or without Solubles (DDGS) from the United States for five more years. On January 11, 2023, China’s Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) issued Public Notice No. 1 and No. 2 of 2023, announcing affirmative determinations in the expiry reviews of the CVD AD duty measures on the import of DDGS, under HTS 23033000, from the United States.
