Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing markets for U.S. food and agricultural products. Food and Hotel Vietnam is an established international marketplace for the food and hospitality industry in Vietnam and greater Indochina. The show is held biennially in Ho Chi Minh City. The 2021 show was postponed to 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2019, the show welcomed 466 exhibitors from 36 countries/regions and 13,279 trade visitors from 53 countries/regions. Best market prospects include dairy products, frozen poultry, chilled and frozen red meat, fresh fruit, snack foods, confectionary, packaged foods, dried fruit and tree nuts, potatoes, wine, beer, and fishery products.
