Export Sales to Portugal

Private exporters reported sales of 110,000 MT of corn for delivery to Portugal during MY 2024/2025.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture will spearhead a trade mission to Guatemala City, Guatemala, from March 3-7, to strengthen trade ties and expand U.S. agricultural exports across Central America. The mission includes more than two dozen agribusinesses, trade organizations, and representatives from two state departments of agriculture.

Private exporters reported the following sales activity for MY 2023/2024: 124,545 MT of corn for delivery to Guatemala and 295,000 MT of soybeans for delivery to unknown destinations.

USDA’s Foreign Agricultural Service Associate Administrator Clay Hamilton arrived today in Madrid to launch a USDA agribusiness trade mission to Spain.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Foreign Agricultural Service is accepting applications from U.S. exporters for its first-ever agricultural trade mission to Madrid, Spain, on Nov. 29 – Dec. 2.

Private exporters reported to the U.S. Department of Agriculture export sales of 138,403 metric tons of corn for delivery to Guatemala during the 2021/2022 marketing year.
