Vietnam is one of the fastest-growing markets for U.S. food and agricultural products and Food & Hotel Vietnam is an established international marketplace for the food and hospitality industry in Vietnam and greater Indochina. The show is held biennially in Ho Chi Minh City and the 2017 edition was the largest since its inauguration in 2005, welcoming over 600 exhibitors from 36 countries/regions and nearly 13,000 trade visitors from 47 countries/regions. Best market prospects include dairy products, frozen poultry, chilled and frozen red meat, fresh fruit, snack foods, confectionary, packaged foods, dried fruit and tree nuts, potatoes, wine, beer, and fishery products.
