Thailand: New Thai Food Labeling Law and Its Impact to the Food Industry

The Thai Food and Drug Administration has issued a new food labeling law for pre-packed food replacing the current food labeling notification, Ministry of Public Health Notification No. 194.The new regulations will become effective on December 3, 2014, replacing the existing law, which have been used since 2000.
