This report is an annual update of Senegal’s food and feed regulations and governmental regulatory bodies and enforcement mechanisms. It provides information and guidance on import requirements, procedures, and documentation. In 2022, the Senegalese Standards Association (ASN) that develops and approves quality and food safety standards issued 18 new standards related to food additives, food safety, and frozen potato fries.
