Turkey’s Marketing Year (MY) 2019/20 sunflowerseed area and production is estimated at 730,000 hectares (Ha) and 1.66 million metric tons (MMT), of which 1.5 MMT is for use as oilseeds.

The Turkish cotton crop for MY 2019/20 is now estimated at 570,000 hectares and 900,000 MT (4.1 million bales).
