The Technical Regulation of the Russia-Kazakhstan-Belarus-Kyrgyzstan-Armenia Customs Union (CU) “On Safety of Fish and Fish Products” (TR TS 040/2016) is a key CU regulation covering standards and requirements for fish and fish products. This Technical Regulation was adopted by Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 162 of October 18, 2016, and, for the most part, will come into effect as of September 1, 2017.
