Peru: Peru Imposes State-Based Import Ban on U.S. Poultry Products

On April 29, 2015, Peru suspended imports of poultry products from the States of Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Minnesota, Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Wisconsin, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa and Montana. The trade actions are in response to APHIS reports of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza in poultry flocks in those states.
