Kazakhstan: Grain and Feed Annual

Kazakhstan grain production is expected to be flat this year as Kazakhstan continues its crop diversification strategy and gradually reduces wheat area. Wheat planting area is expected to reach an historical low of 11.2 million hectares. Wheat production is forecast in MY2019/20 at 14 MMT. Barley production in MY2019/20 is also forecast to be on par with the previous year, forecast at 4 MMT.
