On January 25, 2017 the Decree releasing the first stage of 2017 Kazakhstani quota was signed by the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On February 15, 2017 it was registered by the Ministry of Justice and officially published on February 21, 2017. The Decree came into force ten calendar days after its first official publication, i.e. March 6, 2017.
