Japan: Japan Invites Additional Comments for Genome-Edited Foods Handling Procedures

Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare announced an additional public comment period for the, “Food hygiene handling procedures for foods and additives derived from genome editing technology." Comments must be submitted in writing by Friday, October 11, 2019.
