Indonesia: Oilseeds and Products Update

Indonesian soybean imports decreased 17 percent through April 2017/18 due to a weakening rupiah and price uncertainty over tariffs imposed by China on U.S. soybeans. Indonesian palm oil consumption is expected to increase due to increased biodiesel production and expanded blending for industry and nonpublic sector transportation.
