India: FSSAI Notification on the Use of Yeast in Bakery Products

The Government of India’s (GOI) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published notification to allow yeast as an approved ingredient in bakery products such as breads and cookies until the amendments to the vertical standards are finalized by FSSAI.
