On February 4, 2018, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC) and the State Council unveiled its first policy document for 2018. This document, referred to as the No. 1 Document, traditionally focuses on agricultural and rural issues and is considered to be a significant policy document that outlines goals for the upcoming year.
