China: 421 Maximum Residue Limits for 85 Pesticides in Foods Notified to WTO

On March 13, 2023, China notified 421 Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) to the World Trade Organization (WTO) under G/SPS/N/CHN/1277. The proposed date of entry into force is to be determined. Comments may be submitted to China’s SPS National Notification and Enquiry Center at sps@customs.gov.cn until May 12, 2023. This report provides an unofficial translation of the draft standard.
