FGP Application Requirements for U.S. Financial Institutions

Certifications are also required for the Facility Guarantee Program application. They are shown in these documents:

Please note that an applicant must contact the appropriate analyst prior to submitting the application (program contacts for U.S. and Foreign Financial Institutions). The complete application should be sent via e-mail to the analyst with a cc to the Director, Risk and Asset Management Branch. Acceptance of an application is subject to the analyst’s review and approval. Under certain circumstances, the analyst may request a hard copy of some or all documents; any hard copy documents must be sent via courier. Applications will not be considered until all documents listed below are received.
