Vietnam: FAIRS Export Certificate Report
This report provides an overview of the health and quarantine certificates needed for exporting food and agricultural products to Vietnam. It should be noted that the Vietnamese Ministry of Health (MOH) is preparing a draft circular on the state inspection regulation of imported food under MOH management which may change some aspects of the documentation requirements for food under MOH management. This draft was notified to the World Trade Organization as G/SPS/N/VNM/69 on July 2, 2015.
