The purpose of this report is to provide U.S. agricultural trade associations with information on compliance with the “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administration of Activities of Overseas Nongovernmental Organizations in the Mainland of China” (FNGO Law).

On March 4, 2022, the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) made 42 additions to the list of products subject to Decree 248. American exporters are encouraged to pay attention to the additions which include meat, seafood, and certain beverages.

On March 2, 2022, the Supreme People's Court of China issued "Guiding Opinions on Further Strengthening the Criminal Trial Work Involving Seeds" (hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions").
