This report provides a synopsis of Egyptian trade shows attended by FAS/Cairo, USDA Cooperators, and State, Regional Trade Groups in 2024. It includes FAS/Cairo recommendations as to which in-country trade shows present the best opportunity for showcasing U.S. food and beverage exports in Egypt.

The Agricultural Trade Office (ATO) Osaka supported U.S. exhibitors at the FABEX Kansai regional public trade show for the first time in 2019.

In March 2020, FAS/The Hague visited Norway’s leading food and beverage show, SMAK/HOLDBAR, in Lillestrøm, Norway. SMAK is a truly Norwegian trade show predominantly focusing on foodservice-HRI buyers

Currently there are no USDA-endorsed trade shows planned in South Africa in 2020.
