On Thursday, May 20, 2021 the government of Argentina imposed a 30-day ban on beef exports. The measure is intended to lower domestic beef prices by temporarily increasing the domestic supply.
MY 2021 fluid milk production is projected at 11.58 million tons, an increase of 1.1% over revised MY 2020 production levels.
