During 2020, U.S. total agricultural exports to the Dominican Republic increased by 6 percent, from US$1.26 billion in 2019 to $1.33 billion, reaching an all time high.
The Dominican Republic is not expected to fill the U.S. annual sugar tariff-rate quota (TRQ) for FY 2013 due to the current supply situation in the U.S. market.
