Under the auspices of the U.S.-Morocco Free Trade Agreement, on November 10, 2017, Morocco’s Cereals Office (ONICL) announced the results of the second U.S. wheat tender of calendar year 2017. As a partial result of the re-tendering and subsequent successful allocation, 2017 will mark the first year that the United States makes full use of its allotted TRQ for common wheat.
