Morocco: Import Requirements of Milk Replacer

This report contains an unofficial translation of Decree No. 2-05-84 on the conditions for imported milk replacers. Morocco’s imports of milk replacer are $2.5 million/year. The United States and Morocco currently lack an agreed health certificate to facilitate such trade. Prior to its amendment by Decree No. 2-17-620, this measure was earlier notified to the WTO as G/SPS/N/MAR/19.
