  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)

Morocco forewent issuing a tender for US common wheat at the beginning of 2019 under the auspices of the US-Morocco FTA, choosing instead on December 27 to extend the cancellation of import duties through April 30, 2019. Morocco did however issue a tender for US durum on December 24 through the state cereals office (ONICL), yet in a first, limited eligible deliveries to May 31, 2019. On January 10, Morocco announced the tender had failed.
