FAS India, in conjunction with three Delhi-area middle schools, organized interactive student activities to promote the consumption of healthful U.S. food products. This activity featured nutrition-themed contests and presentations from a nutritionist. A key objective of this activity was to convey to the students and Indian media that U.S. fruits, nuts, and dried fruit are an important part of a balanced diet. 1,500 students and 200 faculty members were targeted for this activity.
