India: GOI Publishes New Draft Labeling and Display Regulations
On July 2, 2019, the Government of India’s, Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published the new draft Labeling and Display Regulations. The notification invites comments from interested stakeholders for a period of thirty days from the date of the notification, after which the notification will go into effect for final approval and implementation.
