India: FSSAI Publishes Draft Regulation on Food Fortification

The Government of India’s (GOI) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) published new draft regulations relating to standards for fortified food products. The GOI is currently seeking comments from the World Trade Organization (WTO) member countries. The comment period for trading partners will be 60 days following WTO notification on its website (www.wto.org).
