On September 20, 2016, the Food Safety and Standard Authority of India’s (FSSAI) invited comments on a draft notification pertaining to Food Business Operators (FBO) involved in the e-commerce sector. The draft notification specifies regulatory requirements pertaining to e-commerce FBOs.
