The Government of India published official gazette notification for Draft Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2016 and Draft Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition and Restrictions on Sales) Amendment Regulations, 2016 for comment. Although not notified to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the notification mentions the deadline for suggestions and comments is January 19, 2017.
