The Government of India published two notices concerning Draft Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Amendment Regulations, 2015 and Draft Food Safety and Standards (Prohibition & Restriction on Sale) Amendment Regulation, 2015 for comment. Although not notified to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the notices mention that suggestions and comments will be accepted until January 3, 2016 for WTO Technical Barriers to Trade Committee members and December 20, 2015 for other stakeholders.
