India: Effective date extended for Draft Order on Meat-Poultry Products

The Government of India’s (GOI) Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) postponed the date of effect for Draft Order on Meat and Poultry Products to October 1, 2015 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Previously, FSSAI notified that Order shall come into effect from July 1, 2015.
