Hong Kong: Hong Kong Proposes to Amend the Harmful Substances in Food Regulations

The Hong Kong government (HKG) has launched a public consultation on its proposed amendments to the Harmful Substances in Food Regulations. Comments are to be submitted before March 15, 2021. The HKG has already notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of the proposed amendments.
