Hong Kong enacted the Food Adulteration (Metallic Contamination) (Amendment) Regulation 2018. The Amendment Regulation takes effect November 1, 2019 for fresh and perishable products and November 1, 2020 for all products. Apart from updating the corresponding section in the FAIRS report, other parts of the report remain the same as the 2017 FAIRS report.
