China: Section 301 Retaliatory Tariff Exclusion on Sorbitol Extended Again

On December 24, 2021, the State Council Tariff Commission (SCTC) extended the Section 301 retaliatory tariff exclusion period for Sorbitol and other select U.S. commodities. The exclusion was set to expire on December 25 but has now been extended until June 30, 2022.
