On June 3, 2021, the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA) issued a notice soliciting public comments on the “Measures for the Implementation of Administrative Licensing” (Draft for Comments), which governs administrative licensing issues falling within MARA’s jurisdiction. The deadline for comments is July 2, 2021. This report contains an unofficial translation of the Measures.
