  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)   |   CH2021-0156

On December 3, the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC) published a “Single Window User Manual” for overseas enterprises attempting to register their facilities in line with the requirements of Decree 248. Additionally, GACC provided an updated list of products that would necessitate an overseas facility having to register within the Single Window website. With GACC’s planned implementation of Decree 248 on January 1, 2022, training sessions are becoming a vital means of supporting awareness to the Decree requirements. USDA stakeholders interested in receiving training are encouraged to contact the FAS China office listed in this report.
