In 2023, Brazilian foodservice industry revenues reached US$ 96 billion, an increase of 12 percent compared to 2022. Brazilian imports of consumer-oriented products grew 14 percent in 2023, ending the year at US$ 5.8 billion. The foodservice sector has mostly recovered from the pandemic, but some uncertainty remains for bars and restaurants due to shifting consumer trends. The Agricultural Trade Office in Sao Paulo will host a USA pavilion at the USDA-endorsed Anuga Select trade show from April 08-10, 2025 to promote U.S. food and beverages.
