This report provides an overview of Israeli food and feed legislation. The Government of Israel continues to adopt EU legislation and incorporate it into local legislation. All sections of this report have been updated to reflect the adopted EU regulations and directives into Israeli legislation thus far (as of December 15, 2025).

This report lists and describes certificates and other documentation required by the Government of Israel for U.S. exporters exporting food and agricultural products to Israel. It also includes the purpose of each certificate and the governmental agency responsible.

France, as a member of the European Union (EU), generally follows EU directives, regulations, and obligations.

The Government of Morocco continues to subsidize bread wheat imports based on a fixed flat-rate premium. This measure is valid until April 30, 2026, and is intended to maintain low bread prices and encourage stock building. Post has no changes for production, supply, and demand estimates for MY 2025/2026.
