Saudi Arabia: Barley Trade Quarterly

Saudi Arabia’s barley imports for the first six months of MY2021/22 (July – Dec. 2021) is estimated at 2.8 million metric tons (MMT), a reduction of 30 percent compared to the same period last year.
On December 29, 2021, the Government of Morocco suspended customs duties on durum wheat (1001.19.00.10 and 1001.19.00.90), common wheat, and its derivatives (1001.99.00.19 and 1001.99.00.90).
