China: Amendment Sheet for National Food Safety Standard Sterilized Milk Released
On March 27, 2025, The People’s Republic of China's National Health Commission and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly released the Amendment Sheet for National Food Safety Standard for Sterilized Milk. China notified the draft revision to the WTO on October 18, 2024. The amendment will enter into force on September 16, 2025. This report provides an unofficial translation of the amendment sheet. Stakeholders should conduct their own review of the regulations to assess any market or regulatory effect on their business.
