This report gives an overview of the hotel, restaurant and institutional food service (HRI) sector in Chile and outlines current market trends, including best product prospects. Chilean consumers are concerned about nutrition and interested in food preparations with natural and healthier ingredients. New restaurant chains and international restaurants open each year, and food service operators in the institutional sector are constantly growing, with providers developing products to suit each sector.
