U.S. food and farm exports to the Philippines reached a record $2.4 billion in fiscal year 2013, making it the United States’ 10th-largest agricultural export market. U.S. agricultural exports to the country have increased nearly 20 percent over the last two years, led by a surge in sales of soybean meal, which grew 82 percent between 2011 and 2013.
