 Subsoil Moisture, October 18, 2005. Subsoil soil moisture reflects the effects of long term precipitation: Spain, Portugal, and France, along with Poland show dry subsoil moisture, while the Balkan countries and Hungary’s subsoil moisture is higher than average.
