Organizations may submit UES applications online, virtually eliminating paperwork and expediting the application review process.

To prepare and submit an application online, go to http://www.eAuth.egov.usda.gov to create an eAuthentication account. Applicants can register an account with either Level 1 or Level 2 access. FAS recommends that most users register as Level 1.

Once your eAuthentication account is established, you can access the online application system at https://www.fas.usda.gov/ues/webapp/.
